Why do we sell a wristband?
It costs a lot of money to do a free music festival. The Northside Music Festival is paying every band that performs. We have to pay for stages, sound, off-duty police officers, insurance, etc. Our generous sponsors make this event possible, but that does not pay all the bills. We need this revenue and the revenue from alcohol sales to cover the gap.
$5 wristbands are required to purchase beer in our outdoor bar area located near the First National Bank Stage on Foreland and at our beer garden on James Street.
You do not need a wristband to purchase beer at the individual venues. But any donation is greatly appreciated!
